Hey I just remembered i figured this out in 6th grade. Im in 10th grade now. But
yeah i just remembered and theres not a tab for this song online. so here it is. A
beautiful song. Just some background info, in 6th grade we had a fundraiser dinner
at school, and we were learning about racial discrimination. So i decided to learn
this song and had some classmates sing it. we also played Hey There Delilah and i
played a classical song on my guitar. And as always, I love you Jeannette<3 hope you do too
Oh btw Capo on 2nd fret and then play the chords. Part of the song goes to
arpeggio, which is just straight down from 6th to 1st string
[E]Come round by my side & I'll sing you a [A]song
I'll s[E]ing it so softly it'll [D]do no one wr[E]ong
On [E]Birmingham Sunday the b[E]lood ran like wine
And the ch[D]oirs kept singing of f[E]reedom

[E]That cold autumn morning no eyes saw the s[A]un
And A[E]ddie Mae Collins, her n[D]umber was "o[B7]ne"
At an o[E]ld baptist c[B7]hurch there was n[E]o need to run
And the ch[D]oirs kept singing of f[E]reedom

[E]The clouds they were grey and the autumn winds [A]blew
And D[E]enise McNair brought the n[D]umber to "[B7]two"
The falc[E]on of death w[B7]as the crea[E]ture they knew
And the ch[D]oirs kept singing of fr[E]eedom

[E]The church it was crowded, but no one cou[A]ld see
That C[E]ynthia Wesley's dark nu[D]mber was "th[B7]ree"
Her pra[E]yers and her fee[B7]ling would s[E]hame you and me
And the ch[D]oirs kept singing of fr[E]eedom

[E]Young Carol Robertson entered the d[A]oor
And the [E]number her killers had [D]given was "f[B7]our"
She a[E]sked for a ble[B7]ssing but as[E]ked for no more
And the ch[D]oirs kept singing of fr[E]eedom

[E]On Birmingham Sunday a noise shook the gr[A]ound
And the pe[E]ople all over e[D]arth turned ar[B7]ound
[E]For no on re[B7]called a m[E]ore cowardly sound
And the ch[D]oirs kept singing of fre[E]edom

[E]The men in the forest they once asked [A]of me
How m[E]any blackberries gr[D]ow in the blue s[B7]ea
[E]And i asked them r[B7]ight back w[E]ith a tear in my eye
How man[D]y dark ships in the fo[E]rest?

[E]The Sunday has come and the Sunday has g[A]one
And I ca[E]n't do much more th[D]an to sing you a [B7]song
[E]I'll sing it s[B7]o softly it'll d[E]o no one wrong
And the ch[D]oirs kept singing of fre[E]edom

And thats it! Very easy. GO grab a girl and have her sing this with you on guitar.
Peace out, please rate
