On theGm first day, it starteF#d to rain
ChildrC#en were laughing, and wentC#m out to play
But soGmon all the streets, were riveF#rs and streams
And crC#eatures were trickling in froFnt of the deep
Cars fEbloating like ships, over skyGmscraper tips
The taEb7llest of trees swaying D7like seaweed

Just beGmfore dusk, afraid heF# might rust
He climC#bed aboard, an upsiC#mde down bus
With boGmttle-cap eyes, he soF#on realized
